FenceFlow
The operating system for mid-market fence companies.

The problem
Mid-market fence companies run on a brittle stack of ArcSite + FenceCloud + QuickBooks + Google Sheets. Estimates take too long, data is re-keyed between tools, and owners have no real-time read on profitability.
The approach
FenceFlow centers on a map-based estimating tool: a salesperson draws the fence line on a satellite map, and a geometry engine measures it and prices the job in three modes. From there, signed estimates, scheduling, and crew dispatch live in one role-aware platform (Owner, Sales, Foreman, Customer). It runs on Next.js 16 + React 19 with Drizzle on Aurora Serverless v2, Auth.js v5 + Cognito for auth, and a Vitest + Playwright suite, all deployed on AWS with SST 4.
Highlights
- Draw a fence line on a map → a geometry engine prices it in three modes
- Full RBAC: Owner, Sales, Foreman, and Customer portals
- Real-time scheduling and crew dispatch
- Comprehensive Vitest + Playwright test suite
